Yep. The process is split up 50/50.
50% deposit at booking and the remaining 50% once your project is completed, approved by you and ready for install. At that time the final payment is due and then install is scheduled to push it live.
In many cases, yes. I offer a discounted rate of 10% on my services for non-educational, non-governmental organizations that are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Yes! I build with speed and SEO in mind, all designs are built to give you the best experience possible to work on your content and SEO. I also recommend using the RankMath Pro SEO plugin to take this even further on your own.
Each project varies by functionality and needs. Typically most web projects are completed within 2-6 weeks start to finish.
Of course there are many variables to this such as the design functionality/requirements, how thorough your design form is filled out, how quickly our emails are replied to (once I start your project I am on top of all communication), and if you have all your information ready.
I am a US citizen, residing in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
While I am available by phone or Zoom, Zoom is easier. When you book a discovery call, it will be via Zoom.
I have a local cell phone number here in Mexico that I can call to the United States at any time.
My United States cell phone number is still active and connected to a Google Voice account which I have access to on my computer.

I believe each project deserves full focus and attention, unfortunately this also means that there is a longer wait list because of that. Typically custom design packages are 4-6 months out (it’s worth the wait, I promise!).
If you’re looking for just branding this can be done quite a bit sooner depending on your needs as misc projects are fit between preschedule web designs.
I build exclusively on self-hosted WordPress. If you’re on Blogger, Wix, etc I am happy to chat and help migrate you over!
