The Heart & Soul Behind Aurelda

Much of my life has been shaped by longing, grief, creative devotion, systems thinking, and the pressure of trying to live truthfully inside inherited structures that often leave little room for tenderness, mystery, or real belonging.

What changed me was not a single revelation. It was the slow, sometimes difficult process of listening to what would not leave me alone.

That listening became story. It became breath. It became a more honest way of living. Over time, it also became the body of work you now see gathered here.

I weave mythic story, conscious breath, and practical digital clarity into work that helps people remember who they are without being spoken over, flattened, or made to feel behind.

It came as a living field of remembrance, a place where myth, love, fracture, healing, longing, and belonging could be held with dignity and care.

Through The Aurelda Chronicles, The Book of Remembering, the Aurelda Codex, and the wider Aurelda world, I create Maya-inspired, queer-affirming work for seekers who want beauty, depth, and meaning without being preached at.

I am not interested in escapism for its own sake. I am interested in the kind of story that helps us hear ourselves more clearly, feel more fully, and remember what is sacred without abandoning what is human.

Aurelda is where myth becomes mirror. It is where breath, story, and mindful technology meet in service of remembering.

Through Samadhi Breath, I offer guided SOMA Breath® practices that support presence, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper return to the body’s wisdom.

My approach is heart-centered, inclusive, and grounded. I hold space for people to meet themselves with more honesty, more breath, and less force.

This work is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to what is already alive beneath the noise.

My breathwork teaching is educational, not medical. I encourage modifications, self-trust, and respect for each person’s pace, history, and body.

That part of my life matters here. It trained me to recognize patterns, reduce noise, structure meaning, and create containers strong enough to hold complexity without flattening what makes it alive.

Whether I am shaping a brand, building a digital platform, or writing a mythic world, I care about the same deeper task: helping what is true become clearer, more coherent, and more usable in real life.
